On request, I am doing this video because many people have asked me what products and supplements I use and recommend, in particular for hair and skin. Sorry to say, I am using just regular and probably toxic shampoo and conditioner, but I have some other good tips for hair and skin, and also for strengthening the teeth.
In case you are wondering, I will be 41 in April, so you can judge for yourself whether my skin care strategy works. I think it does. Also, make sure you drink plenty of water. That's really important or you will be dehydrated, which is unhealthy and will make you look all dried out like an old prune. And stay away from processed foods.
